can my order come quicker than 7-10 working days?
YES. We just allow time for delays with shipment. We would ship immediately, once the product is ready.

Do items come with original boxes or packaging?
Yes —All of our items come with their original box and packaging.

Delivery Issues

My package was marked delivered, but I didn’t get it. What now?
Please contact the courier (Royal Mail or DPD) directly. Once an order has been handed over to the delivery service, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it goes missing during transit, please contact the courier directly to file a claim:
